Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete your Noorvo account and all associated data at any time, including data received from Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and X.

Option 1 – In the app

1. Open Noorvo and go to Settings → Account.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Option 2 – By email

Email sulaimaensadat@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request" from the email address on your Noorvo account (or include your Facebook/Instagram username). We confirm within 7 days.

Option 3 – Remove access from Facebook or Instagram

1. Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, select Noorvo and tap Remove.
2. Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, select Noorvo and tap Remove.

This revokes our access. To also delete data we stored, use Option 1 or 2.

What is deleted

Your profile, connected-account tokens, content, schedules, chat history and generated media are deleted within 30 days. Purchase records required by law are kept only as long as required. See our Privacy Policy.
