Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Noorvo app and services, provided by Imran Noori, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. By using Noorvo you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Noorvo is an AI assistant that helps you plan, create, schedule and publish content and view analytics on your own YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and X accounts, which you connect through each platform's official login.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and able to form a binding agreement. You are responsible for your account and for activity under it.
3. Your content and responsibility
You keep ownership of your content. You give Noorvo a limited license to process, store and publish it only to provide the service. You are responsible for what is posted from your accounts, including AI-generated content and posts made by autopilot you enabled, and for following each platform's rules.
4. Acceptable use
Noorvo blocks only pornography and any sexual content involving minors; these are never allowed. All other content you create or post is your own choice and your own responsibility: before generating or publishing sensitive content you confirm a logged "I take responsibility" statement, and you are responsible for making sure your content complies with the laws that apply to you and with each platform's rules. You also may not fake engagement (spam, mass liking, following or commenting), infringe others' rights, or misuse or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Third-party platforms
Use of YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and X is also subject to their own terms (including the YouTube Terms of Service). We are not responsible for their availability or for actions they take on your accounts.
6. AI output
AI-generated content may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review it before publishing. Noorvo does not guarantee any growth, reach or results.
7. Subscriptions and wallet
Paid plans and wallet top-ups are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play and are governed by their payment terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Studio jobs show their price before you approve them and are deducted from your wallet. Store purchase refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; Studio quality refunds are described in the Studio refund policy below. Prices are transparent, with no hidden fees and no interest charged. In the United States you may also be offered a Studio Wallet top-up on our website, paid through Stripe (including Apple Pay and Google Pay); those top-ups are governed by these Terms and the refund policy.
7a. Studio refund policy
Every AI video and image is checked automatically for quality. If a result doesn't pass, we automatically make it once more, at no extra charge to the price you approved. If the second try is great, you simply pay the price you approved. If it still isn't right, we don't deliver it and we refund our service fee to your Studio Wallet; only the AI engine's processing cost for a single attempt is kept, deducted once at the end. You are never charged more than the price you approved, and if the AI engine fails before producing anything, you get the full amount back. If a first attempt fails, the app tells you the exact amounts while the second attempt runs.
8. Termination
You may stop using Noorvo and delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Noorvo is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of followers or accounts, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
