Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Noorvo ("we", "us"), developed and operated by Imran Noori, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, collects, uses and protects your information when you use the Noorvo mobile app and related services. Contact: sulaimaensadat@gmail.com.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address and login details you provide when you create a Noorvo account.
• Connected social accounts: when you choose to connect YouTube (Google), Facebook, Instagram or X, you sign in through each platform's official OAuth login and approve the permissions yourself. We receive access tokens and, depending on the permissions you grant, profile information (name, username, profile picture, account/page/channel IDs), your posts, videos, captions, comments and insights/analytics. We never see or store your social media passwords.
• Content you create: prompts, chat messages with the Noorvo assistant, uploaded media, generated images, videos, voice and captions, and your schedules and autopilot settings.
• Purchase information: subscription status and wallet top-up history. Card details are handled by Apple or Google; we never receive them.
• Ad accounts (Business plan, optional): if you connect a Meta ad account, we receive an access token, the ad account ID, name and currency, and the campaigns, budgets and results Noorvo creates or reads for you. Ad spend is billed by Meta directly to your own ad account and payment method; Noorvo never receives or holds your ad money or card details.
• Business leads (Business plan only): if you use the Leads inbox, we store the name, phone, email and message of people who answer your ads (from Meta lead forms you run, or that you add yourself), plus your notes and reminders. This data belongs to you, is used only to show you your leads, is never sold or shared, and you can delete any lead at any time.
• Approximate location (optional): only when you tap "Use my area" in Ads, and only after you allow it, the app reads your device location once at low accuracy, converts it on your phone to a city/area and country, and sends us only that name plus a centre rounded to about 11 km. You can type a city instead. We never collect precise GPS or background location, and we use this only to suggest and set ad targeting (for example "people within 8 km of Dubai Marina"). It is shared only with the ad platform you launch an ad on, as part of that ad's targeting, and you can remove it at any time in Ads › Spending limits.
• Technical data: device type, OS version, app version, crash logs and basic usage data used to keep the service working and secure.

2. How we use information

• To provide the features you ask for: publishing and scheduling your posts, showing analytics, running autopilot and the AI assistant, and Studio creation and editing.
• To process subscriptions and wallet payments, provide support, and keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, do not use it for third-party advertising, and only act on your connected accounts in the ways you have enabled.

3. Google API Services – Limited Use disclosure

Noorvo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. YouTube data is used only to provide user-facing features in Noorvo; it is not used for advertising, not sold, not used to train generalized AI models, and humans do not read it except with your consent, for security purposes, or where required by law. Noorvo uses YouTube API Services; by connecting YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time at Google security settings.

4. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and X data

Data from Meta and X is accessed only through their official APIs, used only to provide the features you enabled, and handled in line with the Meta Platform Terms and the X Developer Agreement. You can remove Noorvo's access at any time in your Facebook, Instagram or X app settings, or by disconnecting the account inside Noorvo.

5. AI processing by third-party providers

To generate captions, plans, chat replies, images, video and voice, the relevant content (for example your prompt, caption drafts or media) is sent to third-party AI providers such as Google Gemini, and, where enabled, other providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, FAL and ElevenLabs. They process the data only to return results to Noorvo under their own terms. Do not include sensitive personal information in prompts. AI output may be inaccurate; you review content before it is published unless you turn on autopilot.

6. Payments

Ads you run through Noorvo are paid to Meta (or another ad platform) from your own ad account, under that platform's terms; Noorvo takes no percentage of ad spend. Subscriptions and wallet top-ups are processed through Apple App Store and Google Play in-app purchases. We use RevenueCat to manage purchase status; RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase records, not your card details.

7. Storage and security

Data is stored with Supabase (database and storage, EU – Frankfurt, Germany) and our servers run on Render (EU – Frankfurt). Access tokens for connected accounts are encrypted at rest. Data is transferred over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, but we use industry-standard measures to protect your data.

8. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you disconnect a social account, its tokens are deleted immediately. When you delete your Noorvo account, your personal data, content and tokens are deleted within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as purchase records), which are kept only as long as required. Backups are overwritten within 30 further days.

9. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, withdraw consent, and object to processing at any time, by using the in-app settings or emailing sulaimaensadat@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days. You may also contact your local data protection authority.

10. Account and data deletion

Delete your account in the app under Settings → Account → Delete account, or follow the steps on our Data Deletion page.

11. Children

Noorvo is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

12. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the "Last updated" date above and notify you in the app of material changes.
